[MLP] Mission Belle

This is a pony design I drafted for a group who wants to host a MLP con in San Diego, since EQLA was disbanded earlier this year.

My spiel to them:
Here's my input on Mission Belle, the name flows exactly like a race horse/dressage horse's name would in my mind; so I went with that.

I also liked the idea of the landmark bell IN the cutie mark, but I have a tiny twitch where I like the CMs to be able to sit as its own thing, no cut off points! So I modified it by adding those cute floral horse shoes to it. As she grows, she starts to wrap her legs, like how racing and show horses get done. Torn between leaving the 'wraps' without lines or with. For simplicity I am leaning towards none actually (although I drew them in, this time).

I'm also torn between bows for days, or as she grows, tapering off her bows, in favor of plainer tape. If that, she'd probably at least keep the bow on her mane.

Color wise, I'm super tired running on fumes so my palettes admittedly are weak, but I like the lagoon/salt marsh near the Racetrack, and they're very earthy which is what I'd like to try and get across. Green and cream "land" coats, rosy , terra-cotta or oceanic mane/eyes, and complimentary bows/wraps.
